COURSE SUMMARY

This teaching program deals with QHSE (Quality Health Security Environment). It revolves around three main parts dealing with information related to the domain, the quality control tools and solving a quality problem. For that, activities are design and materials and resources are supplied. They embed language skills in isolation but also integrates many sometimes. The learners are required for this course to gain necessary information about QHSE in English, to know some quality control tools and are supposed to be able to cope with a problem solving situation.
